I’ve been playing piano my whole life. I wrote my first song at 15, produced two full albums independently as a young mother, and figured out music production myself from scratch – because when you love something that much, you find a way.
After 20 years of teaching using the Faber accredited method, I noticed that my students were not growing in the way music is intended. They were learning the methods and progressing in their skills, but they were quiet, shy, and closed off to the spirit of music.
Music is a gift you give to the world. Loud and open, it’s meant to be shared. So l built a program where that’s true from day one.
In my classes, girls learn with proper structure and a strong professional foundation – and now performing is part of the very first lesson. They learn together, they grow together, and twice a year they stand on a real stage at our recital and share what they have built.
I’ve watched the quietest, shyest girls start to talk more confidently, play more boldly, and to start believing in themselves. However nervous they may be coming to the recital, they know they have been taught to play with confidence and joy as their mothers watch with pride to see their daughters thrive.
That transformation is why I do this.
My philosophy is to teach without tears and pressure. Just proper training, a lot of encouragement, and the deep belief that every girl who walks through my door has a gift worth sharing.
I know she does.
My job is to make sure she knows it too.
